Need to Return a product
To return a product at Paintball Combat, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service
department at Service@PaintballCombat.net
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an
RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize
your return:
- Customer name
- Where purchased
- Date purchased
- Item
- Nature of the problem
In general, Paintball Combat L.L.C.
accepts returns on merchandise from select
companies within
30
days. However, Paintball Combat L.L.C.
reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond
30 days from the invoice date. Paintball Combat
will not accept returns after 30
days.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for
all shipping charges back to Paintball Combat on returned items, and
Paintball Combat will pay the shipping charges on the replacement
or exchanged item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for
exchange only at Paintball Combat's discretion. Please be aware that specific
companies have more restrictive return policies.

Paintball Combat also accepts
Personal Checks. Checks will be held
for 10 days to insure the check does
not bounce.
Paintball
Combat will charge a $25.00 Charge
on all returned checks.
Closed account checks will be
prosecuted as soon as the check is
recieved.
